Where We Ship
Ava & Ashton Melbourne ships to addresses only in Australia. We do not ship to PO boxes or Australian external territories.
Shipping Costs
Ava & Ashton Melbourne offers free shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.
Order Processing
All orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (AEST), Monday through Saturday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (AEST) or on Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday or next available business day.
Delivery Time
Once we have processed your order, we estimate that you'll receive your order in 3 to 7 business days. We estimate that in most cases, you'll receive your order in 4 to 10 business days from the date you place your order.
